Job summary

SENAD Group in Derbyshire area is seeking a suitably trained teacher to join a rare opportunity at Alderwasley Hall School. The post is suitable for Primary or Secondary teachers with a passion for teaching young people with autism and speech/language disorders.

We welcome fully qualified teachers or ECTs, with experience across English, Maths, Science, Computing or Humanities. A supportive CPD framework and collaboration with a large LSW team are core features of this role.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified teachers and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) considered.
• Diverse SEND or mainstream experience welcomed.
• Experience across English, Maths, Science, Computing or Humanities advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Key Stages as required.
• Contribute to an adaptive, innovative curriculum across two sites.
• Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and LSWs.
• Support learning and development through CPD and reflective practice.
