St Paul’s C of E Academy is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner to motivate and inspire pupils with diverse needs at Tipton. You will support a small group of children, promote independence, and help track progress while upholding high learning standards.

Qualifications

• Be an excellent Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner who can motivate and inspire children.
• Knowledge of SEN and how to support children with diverse needs.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire children as a Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner.
• Support a small group of children with additional needs.
• Encourage independence, self-confidence, and social skills.
• Monitor and track the progress of children.
• Maintain high expectations and raise standards in learning and teaching.
