Qualifications

• QTS is essential for this role.
• PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools is expected.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess, monitor and record students' progress and attainment.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and support staff for student outcomes.
