Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for Secondary School Teachers to inspire and support students in Bournemouth. You will deliver high-quality lessons across your subject area, foster inclusive learning, and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Applicants should hold QTS or equivalent qualifications, with UK school experience and safeguarding training; the role offers flexible progression through Prospero's CPD and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or Equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject area.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet learning needs.
• Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and learning.
• Encourage students to develop confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
