Aspire People is assisting a well-established school in recruiting a passionate French Teacher to join its modern teaching team. You will teach French across Key Stages, fostering language skills, cultural awareness, and student confidence.

The role requires a commitment to safeguarding and high classroom expectations. The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have secondary-level French teaching experience, and possess strong communication and classroom management abilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching French at secondary school level.
• Excellent knowledge and command of the French language.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Passionate about modern foreign languages and education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons across relevant Key Stages.
• Teach French language, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• Develop students' confidence and fluency in spoken and written French.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities.
• Assess, monitor and support students' academic progress.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
