Job summary

You will work within Anthem Schools Trust, embrace high expectations, and participate in ongoing CPD, safeguarding and assessment activities to support personal and academic growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students
• Monitor and support the progress and development of students as a teacher and tutor
• Facilitate and encourage learning experiences to help students reach their potential
• Use the OSA assessment cycle to collect and report accurate student data
• Implement appropriate interventions to enable all students to achieve their best
• Contribute to raising standards of student attainment
• Promote personal and academic growth within the school community
• Attend team and whole-school meetings and maintain records for students
• Communicate with parents/carers and co-operate with external bodies
• Maintain discipline in line with school policy and ensure high-quality learning experiences
