Aspire People is recruiting a passionate Science Teacher to join a well-regarded Northampton secondary school. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the option to teach KS5 in suitable subjects.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
• Has strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed to raising student achievement and inspiring a passion for science.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the opportunity to teach your specialist subject at Key Stage 5 if applicable.
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued development of the Science department.
