Job summary

Kingsbury School in Tamworth invites an ambitious Teacher of Science to join from January 2027. You will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students build secure knowledge and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Passionate about teaching Science and student learning.
• An excellent classroom practitioner, or an ECT.
• Ability to engage and motivate young people.
• High expectations of students' learning, behaviour and achievement.
• Commitment to inclusive classroom practice and meeting needs of all learners.
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute to strong faculty.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop engaging lessons and assess student progress.
• Support disadvantaged students and SEND.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve classroom practice.
