Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and UK teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management; safeguarding commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Differentiate learning for SEND/EAL and higher-attaining students.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress with regular feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Create a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external professionals to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
• Participate in staff meetings, training and school events.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote pupil welfare.
