Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary pupils across Ammanford, Llanelli, Neath and Swansea. You will help with lesson delivery, behavior management and provide individual or small-group support to nurture learning and confidence.

Supported by Connex Education Partnership, you will join a dynamic team with a competitive weekly rate and PAYE, plus access to CPD and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Aged 18+
• GCSE Maths & English at grade C or above or equivalent
• DBS via Update Service or willing to obtain one
• EWC registration is required

Responsibilities

• Assist across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Support classroom behaviour management and positive learning environments
• Provide individual or small-group pupil support to reinforce learning
• Assist in preparing learning materials and monitor pupil progress
• Create an inclusive learning environment to support academic and social development
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff
• Support safeguarding and well-being policies
