Supply Desk Ltd is seeking a motivated Primary Teacher for KS1/KS2 in Chichester. Start ASAP for a full-time long-term role, with competitive daily pay based on experience.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have primary teaching experience or ECT status, and be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1/KS2 while supporting diverse learners. Collaboration with colleagues is essential.

Qualifications

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary setting, or ECT status.
• A sound understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• The ability to engage and motivate pupils of different abilities.
• Confident classroom management and organisational skills.
• A flexible, proactive and creative approach to teaching.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed.

Responsabilités

• Teaching across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Planning and delivering creative lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
• Adapting activities to support pupils with different abilities and learning styles.
• Monitoring progress and using assessment to inform future learning.
• Establishing clear expectations and maintaining positive classroom behaviour.
• Creating an inclusive atmosphere where pupils feel confident to participate.
• Encouraging curiosity, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
• Working closely with colleagues to support pupils' academic and personal development.
