Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming primary school in Coventry from September 2026. The role offers a pathway from MPS M1-M6 (£32,916 - £45,352) with strong mentoring and induction for ECTs.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status
• Has a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject (2:1 or above)

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum
