Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Experience leading teams in an early years setting.
• Track record of delivering high standards of care and education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Drive high EYFS standards and implement the Fennies 4D curriculum.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance at all times.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Lead continuous improvement across quality and occupancy.
• Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and maintain high standards.
