Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and schemes of work; assess progress and adapt to learner needs.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge; contribute to faculty improvement planning and evaluate the effectiveness of your subject area.
• Contribute to school policies and collaborate on curriculum and pupil development.
• Provide form tutor duties, PSHE, personal development, digital literacy, and monitor attendance.
• Promote safety and wellbeing of pupils; maintain good order and discipline.
• Engage in appraisal and professional development; support colleagues' growth and development.
• Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Uphold safeguarding guidance to promote welfare and safety of all pupils.
