Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent.
• Degree in subject specialism.
• Ability to teach ‘good or outstanding’ lessons.
• Effective classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured maths lessons for varied abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress using data.
• Create an inclusive classroom with high expectations and good behaviour.
• Prepare students for assessments, helping them apply maths concepts.
• Contribute to departmental planning and school community activities.
