Job summary

Explore Learning is seeking a Maths and English Tutor at Bramingham Park, on-site, part-time. You will deliver engaging sessions using Compass, tailor lessons for students aged 4-16, and build strong relationships with learners across a 16-student group.

You'll support progression through the national curriculum, 11+ exams, and GCSE content, while working with a supportive team and committing to the next academic year and beyond.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or over and right to work in the UK.
• Achieved a grade 6 or above in Maths & English Language at GCSE (or predicted if awaiting results).
• Based at Bramingham Park centre and available for the next academic year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons that last using Compass with tailored sessions and learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.
• Build meaningful relationships with students in a 16-student ratio and create a safe, inspiring learning environment.
• Support learners with the national curriculum, 11+ entrance exams, and GCSE preparation; track progress and celebrate milestones.
