Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pupil learning and progression.
• Ability to adapt learning activities to meet diverse needs.
• Willingness to work with teaching staff to deliver quality first teaching.

Responsabilités

• Work with teaching staff to support quality first teaching, with individuals, groups and whole classes as required.
• Deliver learning activities within supervision, adjusting to student responses/needs.
• Support students to achieve at least expected progress.
• Assist teachers where literacy levels are barriers to progress.
• Adapt published literacy or numeracy resources to meet student needs.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, resilience and commitment to the ethos of Bradford Forster Academy.
