The Gallery Trust seeks an inspirational Head Teacher to lead Bloxham Grove Academy through its next growth phase. Opened in January 2024, the academy has rapidly evolved into a thriving SEND-focused community and now requires an exceptional leader to build on strong foundations.

The Head Teacher will collaborate with the Executive Head Teacher and The Gallery Trust, sustain a relational and inclusive culture, and drive strategic and operational leadership to secure sustainable improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified headteacher with current UK accreditation and leadership experience in SEND.
• Track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Ability to lead and develop senior leaders and whole-school culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, values-led leadership and high aspirations for all students.
• Champion high-quality specialist education for children and young people with SEND.
• Develop relational, restorative and inclusive school culture.
• Drive a coherent curriculum and focus on teaching quality and personal development.
• Lead self-evaluation and evidence-informed school improvement.
