Job summary

St Helens College and Knowsley Community College are seeking a Lecturer in Graphic Design to deliver engaging lessons in the Creative & Performing Arts Department on a part-time basis. You will assess learner progress and help students progress toward higher education, employment and careers in the creative industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Graphic Design in Further Education or significant industry experience, a related degree, a teaching qualification, and the

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Graphic Design in Further Education or significant industry experience.
• Holds a relevant degree (L6) in a related subject.
• Holds a recognised teaching qualification (or is willing to work towards one).
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
