Job summary

Academics is seeking a Foundation Stage Teacher to support schools in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. This temporary role provides the chance to shape early years learning within the EYFS framework and contribute to a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.

You will deliver high-quality lessons across Worksop, maintain safeguarding standards, and engage in annual training to support children’s development.

Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualification (EYTS, QTS, HLTA, NNEB or CACHE Diploma in Early Years).
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons for early years pupils.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Birth to Five Matters.
• Commitment to safeguarding and annual training.
• Kind, nurturing and adaptable teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Work with schools across Worksop, providing temporary support where needed.
• Commit to safeguarding practices and ongoing education and training.
