Job summary

N Family Club in Leatherhead seeks an Early Years Educator to join our Nursery Education team. This 20-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday, 11:00am–3:00pm, in our 114-place Leatherhead nursery.

You’ll contribute to the N Curriculum, support daily routines, and plan activities that foster development and curiosity in young children. We offer a competitive pro-rata salary, up to 35 days holiday, a learning fund, clothing allowance, enhanced family leave, and generous discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
