EMAT is seeking an inspirational Drama Teacher passionate about performing arts and student success. You will craft engaging lessons and build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider Trust, aiming to help every pupil thrive.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant subject with QTS.
• Experience supporting learning for pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Creativity and flexibility in teaching approaches.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Willingness to embrace technology and new ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging Drama lessons and ensure student success.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, students and Trust.
• Create inclusive learning experiences for all pupils.
• Contribute to safeguarding and school-wide initiatives.
