Job summary

Djanogly City Academy is seeking a committed Cover Supervisor to ensure continuity of learning when teaching staff are absent. You will supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintain a positive learning environment and support pupils to stay engaged and make progress.

Working within the Tapestry Learning Partnership, you will contribute to examinations, educational visits and departmental administration while upholding safeguarding and school values.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in educational settings.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-planned lessons to ensure continuity of learning when teachers are absent.
