Job summary

Aldercar Infant and Nursery School in Nottingham is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher (0.45fte) to join our happy and successful school from January 2027.

You will work two days per week on Thursday, Friday and every other Wednesday afternoon, delivering EYFS/ KS1 curriculum with creativity and inclusion.

ECTs welcome; the school emphasises safeguarding and invites visits by contacting the school office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching two days per week (Thursday, Friday, and every other Wednesday afternoon).
• Plan and deliver EYFS/KS1 curriculum with creative, child-centered lessons.
• Support inclusive practice for deaf and hearing-impaired children and SEND.
• Collaborate with staff and contribute to the Aldercar learning family.
• Engage in safeguarding and welfare commitments.
