• Implement and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area.
• Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher.
• Facilitate a learning experience which enables students to achieve their potential.
• Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
• Support the Academy’s responsibility to provide opportunities for personal and academic growth.
• Collaborate with staff and external professionals.
