Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a Lecturer to deliver the Sociology component of the Access to Higher Education programme. This is a variable hours role, approximately 6.15 hours per week, based at the Aylesbury campus.

The successful candidate will inspire adult learners, plan engaging teaching, and contribute to innovative delivery while supporting progression to higher education and professional careers. DBS checks apply, with full support for qualification development.

• Experience delivering engaging teaching to adult learners.
• Ability to plan and deliver high-quality learning in Sociology.
• Wamiliarity with diverse and individual learner needs.
