Job Overview

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, term time only

8.30 - 4:30pm (early finish one day per week)

Start date: 26 August 2025

Salary: Support Staff Grade 3 - £20,761.59 - £24,282.07 per annum (£24,191 - £28,293 FTE) - Salary is based on term time only

The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Events and Outreach Team within an outstanding Sixth Form College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the College.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Programme Coordinator to provide vital administrative and logistical support to our Inspire and Aspire teams. This diverse role involves coordinating a wide range of enrichment activities for students, including guest speaker events, mentoring, trips, work experience, and super-curricular competitions. You will also support school liaison programmes, track student engagement across various initiatives, and help build our alumni network.

Part of the role involves developing marketing materials and supporting communications for staff, students, and parents, in collaboration with the Executive Office. The position also includes occasional evening work for careers and outreach events, with flexible working arrangements or TOIL available. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in enhancing opportunities for our students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The start date is the beginning of the academic year, however we are happy to take into account any notice periods.
