As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development to help your team excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team training.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
