Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Need To Do:

  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
  • Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial performance metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
