The Role

We are seeking a fully skilled inspector to increase capability and capacity in this area, working on small batch work. You will join a small team to deliver high quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport and aerospace industries, with a right-first-time philosophy.

Key Competencies and Experience

• Strong understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerances
• Ability to interpret and inspect components from drawings and planning route cards to meet quality and timing targets
• Experience using manual measuring equipment and performing table work to check parts against drawings or planning requirements
• Programming experience on CMM and knowledge of Mitutoyo software would be advantageous
• Demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to team support with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
• Flexible in supporting other areas of manufacturing when required
• Willingness to work additional hours to meet delivery deadlines
