Overview

Inspection Officer - Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Company Car provided. Reporting to head office in E4 daily to pick up jobs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of residential properties all around London and Essex area.
• Identify and report necessary repairs and maintenance issues.
• Ensure properties comply with fire safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Communicate effectively with tenants.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance and ability to recognise repair needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Report to office daily in the morning by 9am.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing legislation and local authority standards preferred.
• Full UK driving licence - company vehicle provided.
