The Role:
Due to expansion in our sister company TUV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS), we have opportunities in the Humberside Region for Inspection Engineers (CAT 2) Pressure Equipment.
Inspection Engineer role will involve preparing and reviewing Written Schemes of Examination (WSE), identifying preparation requirements for WSE and examination in accordance with the WSE.
What will you do?

1. Undertake simple NDT ultrasonic thickness checks, magnetic particle, dye penetrant.
2. Co-ordinate NDT providers for extensive requirements or specialist methods.
3. Prepare clear reports including photographs.
4. Assess deterioration.
5. Review design calculations and sentence defects.

What are we looking for?

1. HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Hold a UKAS RG21 CAT 2 Certificate.
3. 5 years relevant experience including at least 1 year with an Engineering Discipline with In-service Inspection of Pressure Systems.
4. Incorporated Engineer status (desirable).
