Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inspection Engineer / Asset Integrity Specialist for a permanent role at a refinery. The position offers tax-free benefits with a net salary of £100k plus additional benefits in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the company's subject matter expert in risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
2. Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at chemical plants or refineries.
3. Engage with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
4. Enhance the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
5. Train and develop inspectors technically.
6. Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure compliance with existing procedures.
7. Communicate learnings and incidents with other sites, industry bodies, and across the company.
