Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inspection Engineer / Asset Integrity professional for a permanent position at a refinery. The role offers tax-free compensation of £100k net plus benefits, based in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the company's subject matter expert in risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
  2. Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at chemical plants or refineries.
  3. Engage with jurisdictional agencies and management.
  4. Enhance the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
  5. Train and develop inspectors technically.
  6. Lead the adoption of new inspection practices and ensure compliance with existing procedures.
  7. Communicate learnings and incidents across sites, industry bodies, and the company.
Candidate Experience:
  • Lead or Senior Inspection Engineer
  • Inspection Group Leader or Manager
  • Materials, Corrosion, Mechanical, or Maintenance/Plant Engineer in a site or central role
  • Engineer on major projects (>$100M USD)
  • Senior Inspection Engineer or QA Manager on major projects
  • Reliability or Fixed Equipment Engineer
  • Inspection Section Supervisor
