Job Description:

This role is for an Inspection Engineer specializing in Asset Integrity at a refinery or chemical plant. The position is permanent, tax-free, with a net salary of £100,000 plus benefits, based in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the company's subject matter expert for risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
  • Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at a chemical plant or refinery.
  • Engage with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
  • Train and develop inspectors technically.
  • Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure compliance with existing procedures.
  • Communicate learnings and incidents with other sites, industry bodies, and across the company.

  • Lead or senior inspection engineer roles

  • Materials, corrosion, mechanical, or maintenance/plant engineer at a site or central office
