Job Description:

We are seeking an Inspection Engineer / Asset Integrity specialist for a permanent position in Dubai. The role involves acting as the company's subject matter expert for risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at a chemical plant or refinery.
2. Interact with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
3. Improve the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
4. Train and develop inspectors technically.
5. Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure compliance with existing ones.
6. Communicate learnings and incidents with other sites, industry bodies, and across the company.

Candidate Experience:

Ideal candidates will have held roles such as:

• Lead or Senior Inspection Engineer
• Inspection Group Leader or Manager
• Materials, Corrosion, Mechanical, or Maintenance/Plant Engineer at a site or central team
• Engineer on a Major Project (over $100M USD)
• Senior Inspection Engineer or QA Manager on Major Projects
• Reliability or Fixed Equipment Engineer
• Inspection Section Supervisor
