Job Description:

We are seeking an Inspection Engineer / Asset Integrity professional for a permanent role at a refinery. The position offers tax-free remuneration of £100k net plus benefits in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the company's subject matter expert for risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
  2. Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at a chemical plant or refinery.
  3. Engage with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
  4. Drive the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
  5. Train and develop inspectors technically.
  6. Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure adherence to existing ones.
  7. Communicate learnings and incidents with other sites, industry bodies, and across the company.
Candidate Experience:

Ideal candidates will have held roles such as:

  • Lead or Senior Inspection Engineer
  • Inspection Group Leader or Manager
  • Materials, Corrosion, Mechanical, or Maintenance/Plant Engineer at a site or central team
  • Engineer on a Major Project (>$100M USD)
  • Senior Inspection Engineer
  • QA Manager on Major Projects
  • Reliability or Fixed Equipment Engineer
  • Inspection Section Supervisor
