Job Description:

We are seeking an Inspection Engineer / Asset Integrity specialist for a permanent, tax-free position in Dubai, offering a net salary of £100k plus benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the company's subject matter expert for risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
  2. Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at chemical plants or refineries.
  3. Engage with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
  4. Enhance the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
  5. Train and develop inspectors technically.
  6. Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure compliance with existing procedures.
  7. Communicate learnings and incidents with other sites, industry bodies, and across the company.
Candidate Experience:
  • Lead or senior inspection engineer
  • Inspection group leader or manager
  • Site or central materials, corrosion, mechanical, or maintenance/plant engineer
