Overview

Inspection Engineer – Location: London – Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + Overtime – Monday to Friday | 08:00-16:30 | 39 hours per week

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Inspection Engineer to join their skilled team. This full-time role involves 39 hours per week, with competitive remuneration to be discussed at the interview stage.

Responsibilities
  • Focus primarily on lifting inspections, but you will also be involved in diverse tasks, including:
  • Load testing
  • Pull testing
  • Occasional destructive testing
  • Managing the rigging loft
  • Inspection of lifting accessories
Qualifications
  • Experience within the lifting equipment industry
  • LEEA qualification preferred
  • Entry-level Engineering or Mechanics NVQ/City & Guilds desirable (not essential)
  • Prior experience in a testing environment advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, able to clearly analyse and share knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commitment to supporting team initiatives aligned with ESG sustainability strategies
