Job summary

Nufarm UK Ltd. invites applications for an Inspection Co‑ordinator at the Wyke site. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical integrity inspections, coordinating with third‑party contractors, and ensuring compliance with PSSR, COMAH and other regulatory requirements.

You will support asset integrity, maintenance planning and documentation, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain safety and regulatory standards across operations.

Qualifications

• An engineering qualification (NVQ minimum) or experience in an engineering/industrial environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with experience planning, scheduling and working with contractors.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence with digital systems.
• CMMS experience desirable (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site mechanical integrity inspections with UKAS‑accredited contractors, planning ahead of inspection dates.
• Work with shutdown/non‑shutdown planners to ensure inspections are safe, efficient and on time.
• Audit and support contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Create, manage and update preventative maintenance plans in the CMMS (Oracle).
• Review inspection reports (DIFs) and follow up on actions.
• Support LEV and compressed gas inspections and remedial work.
• Participate in meetings with asset integrity and engineering teams.

As an Inspection Co‑ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Asset Integrity Manager by coordinating mechanical integrity inspections and associated documentation at our Wyke site. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including PSSR, COMAH Regulation 5, LEV and compressed gas inspections. How You’ll Help Us Grow.

• Coordinate site mechanical integrity inspections with UKAS‑accredited third‑party contractors, ensuring work is planned ahead of inspection dates.
• Work closely with shutdown and non‑shutdown planners to ensure inspections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Support, coordinate and audit contractors to ensure work is completed to relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
• Create, manage and update preventative maintenance (PM) plans in line with Written Schemes of Examination within the CMMS (Oracle).
• Review inspection reports (DIFs), ensuring actions are completed and followed up as required.
• Support LEV and compressed gas inspections, ensuring remedial work is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in meetings and support the wider asset integrity and engineering teams as required.

• An engineering qualification (NVQ Minimum) or experience working in an engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with proven experience in planning, scheduling and working with contractors.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with digital systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems desirable but can be taught (Oracle desirable).
