Leading commercial law firm have a vacancy in their insolvency team. The work will have a bias towards non-contentious work and will encompass all aspects of bank/IP-led corporate non-contentious restructuring and formal insolvency matters. Some evidence of contentious experience will be of interest. There may be some marketing, business development, and supervisory responsibilities. This is a rare opening at the moment.
