Job summary

Napier Solicitors in Belfast seeks an experienced insolvency solicitor to join a dedicated, friendly team.

You will handle a varied insolvency caseload, provide tailored advice to individuals and companies, and represent clients in High Court proceedings, with mentoring and policy of work-life balance through a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE experience in insolvency.
• Sound knowledge of personal and/or company insolvency law and procedure.
• Track record of managing own caseload and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to develop existing skills to contribute to the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored legal advice to a broad spectrum of clients including individuals and companies in financial distress, Insolvency Practitioners, directors and creditors.
• Represent clients in the High Court before the Bankruptcy and Companies Master.
• Maintain excellent standards of client care, file management, compliance and professional judgement.
