Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor (1–10 PQE) in Oxford to join a highly regarded team. You will manage a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency and advise a wide client base including individuals, SMEs, and larger organisations.

Qualifications

• Insolvency Solicitor with 1–10 PQE.
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and personal insolvency.

• Advise individuals, SMEs and larger organisations on insolvency matters.
• Provide guidance on corporate restructuring and advisory work.
• Handle both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
