Overview

Insolvency Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Manchester, £Competitive (DOE). A new role for an experienced Insolvency Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded team in Manchester. JOB REF:1054.

Responsibilities
  • This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and highly regarded team, with exposure to excellent quality work and direct responsibility for clients from day one.
  • Provide advice and support to businesses and individuals in financial difficulty as well as lenders and insolvency practitioners on restructuring or insolvency processes.
  • Handle a broad mix of transactional, advisory and/or contentious insolvency matters and develop your own caseload while working as part of client teams on major projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 Years PQE in insolvency law.
  • Experience in transactional, advisory and/or contentious insolvency matters.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
