Insolvency Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Manchester, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Insolvency Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded team in Manchester. JOB REF:1054.

Responsibilities
  • This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and highly regarded team, with exposure to excellent quality work and direct responsibility for clients from day one.
  • Work with Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
  • Gain exposure to a broad mix of transactional, advisory, and contentious work, advising both businesses and individuals in financial difficulty as well as lenders and insolvency practitioners seeking to navigate complex restructuring or insolvency processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in transactional, advisory and/or contentious insolvency matters.
  • Have own caseload to manage as well as being part of client teams to work on major projects.
  • Have exceptional communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
