Job Description:

Insolvency Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager – Worcester

Location: Worcester

We are currently recruiting for an Insolvency Administrator or Insolvency Assistant Manager to join a specialist UK-wide insolvency & recovery firm in Worcester.

Within this role, you will manage corporate casework either individually or as part of a team and be responsible for providing guidance and support to less experienced team members and management as required.

The Role:

  • Maintain regular contact with agents and solicitors associated with the cases
  • Prepare statutory paperwork and other legal documents
  • Assist in preparing documents for banks and other financial institutions
  • Support the disposal of assets, collection of debts, and distribution of funds
  • Draft routine and non-routine correspondence to creditors and other interested parties upon request
  • Negotiate with creditors and debtors
  • Conduct investigations into assets as required
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
  • Delegate work to others as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience for Senior level and 4 years for Assistant Manager
  • Ideally CPI qualified, but the firm is open to applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
