Job summary

eNL is seeking an Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor — Partner with 10+ years’ PQE to head the established department in Surrey. The successful candidate will manage contentious and non-contentious matters, lead restructurings and distressed transactions, and drive client development with a strategic growth focus.

They will provide commercially focused advice while mentoring junior lawyers and expanding the practice footprint in the market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ PQE in Insolvency and Restructuring Law.
• Strong leadership capability and track record of client relationship management.
• Proven ability to drive business development and cross-referrals.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established Insolvency and Restructuring team in Surrey.
• Advise on contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, restructurings and distressed transactions.
• Develop new client relationships and contribute to the practice's growth and future direction.
• Provide commercially focused guidance to clients and key stakeholders.
