Job summary

Ward Hadaway LLP in Leeds is seeking a Paralegal to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team, supporting fee earners on a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters.

You'll gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, with hybrid working and a supportive environment at one of the UK’s top independent law firms; you’ll develop crucial organisational and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in insolvency and restructuring is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with file and case handling.
• Progress insolvency cases from instruction to conclusion.
• Provide administrative support to fee earners across the team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and IT.
• Prioritise and manage deadlines.
• Support team across multiple office locations.
