Highly successful regional law firm is looking to expand its Insolvency & Restructuring team. Applications are welcome at associate and newly qualified levels.
The structure of the team and the nature of the role will appeal to ambitious individuals. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will relish the opportunity to take on responsibility and have significant client contact.
The team handles a diverse range of matters, acting for insolvency practitioners (administrators, liquidators, receivers, supervisors, trustees in bankruptcy), creditors, lenders, businesses, companies, directors, and individuals.
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team and to develop and manage client and referrer relationships.
You will be involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters. If you have focused on just one area so far, there is scope to broaden your skills and expertise.
