Are you an ambitious and experienced Insolvency Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a dynamic Insolvency & Restructuring Director to join our client - a growing, well established Advisory practice. Our client is renowned for managing corporate insolvency cases and delivering exceptional service to clients in significant financial distress. With ambitious plans for future growth, we are looking for a qualified professional to help drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take appointments as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
• Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency cases. Would also look to develop Restructuring Advisory project engagements such as IBR’s, Administrations etc.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and Partners to further develop the firm's insolvency & Restructuring offering.
• Provide support and guidance to the team, including training as needed.
• Engage actively in networking and business development activities.

Qualifications:

• JIEB qualified, ideally ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Proven experience in winning insolvency work. Business Development experience required.
• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in taking insolvency appointments would be ideal
• Existing referrer network (advantageous but not essential).
